  • Accommodation

    • Our student halls

      If you need to book accommodation you will need to consider the cost of this too. At MexLucky, we have a number of halls of residence for you to choose from.

      Before you move into your accommodation you will need to pay £300 towards your advanced rent payment. This payment can only be made once you have an offer to study with us. There is no deadline to apply for accommodation although it’s good to apply as soon as you can as places are limited.

    • Private accommodation

      If you choose to live off-campus, the cost of rent can vary depending on the type of accommodation you are looking for and its location. In London, the average price for private accommodation is £750 per month and this might not include bills.

  • Visa

    • Visa costs

      You need to pay a fee to make a Student Visa application. These costs are paid directly to your local Visa Application Centre or online.

      You need to show that you have £1,334 per month for 9 months (£12,006) unless your course is shorter than 9 months.

      From March 2018*, the cost of a Student Visa is:

      Application from outside the UK£348
      Application from within the UK£475

      There are additional fees if you are applying for dependant visas or if you choose a priority service.

      *These figures are accurate as of February 2021. These figures are subject to change and you must make sure that you meet the requirements in place at the time you submit your visa application. They must clearly show the money is in your account for 28 consecutive days. The bank statement cannot be more than one month old when you apply for your visa.
